Personalised Nutritional Plan
The Personalised Nutritional Plan is based on your Basal Metabolic Rate (the calories required to keep your body alive whilst resting), planned activity levels per week, goal weight loss per week and a proven macro-nutrient intake ratio of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 30% fats over 5 meals based on your individual target calorie intake. The programme includes all easy to cook recipes for a week’s plan.
It is designed to be sustainable and enjoyable with filling meals that the whole family can enjoy. Busy individuals will find it easy to fit into their day as snacks and lunch can be bought at major supermarkets. Expect weigh tloss of 1-3lb per week.
