Devine Bodies Nutrition Plan provides a personalised food guide which has seen clients achieving weight loss of 1-3lbs per week.
It is based on the Thermal Effect of Food theory which increases the body’s metabolism through hormonal changes, made effective by eating every 2.5-3 hours.
After completing a questionnaire, we will calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate, your target calorie intake and break this down to how many carbohydrates, protein, fibre and fats you should eat per day. The plan is then made easy-to-use as it is presented in a 5 meal basis, ensuring the correct grams of carbs, protein and fats are consumed per day for a 7 day plan.
